Terms of Service
Last updated: July 25, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Rythoo's website-building platform, products, and related services. Please read them carefully before using the service.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Rythoo, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the service.
2. Use of the service
Rythoo provides tools that let you design, build, manage, and publish websites. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
You are responsible for your use of the service, the websites you publish, and all activity performed through your account.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share access in a way that bypasses the limits of your plan or use another person's account without permission.
4. Content and ownership
You retain ownership of the text, images, designs, data, and other material you upload to Rythoo. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide and improve the service.
You confirm that you have the rights required to use and publish your content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed according to the price and billing interval shown when you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method associated with your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your plan.
6. Prohibited activities
You may not use Rythoo to:
- Break the law or encourage illegal activity.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the service.
- Attempt to access systems or accounts without authorization.
- Resell or copy the service except as expressly permitted.
7. Service availability
We work to keep Rythoo reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, improve the platform, or respond to legal and operational requirements.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service or cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or fail to pay applicable fees.
Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue before termination.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rythoo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from your use of the service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service, email, or another appropriate channel. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
